Ghee

Asparagus
1/2
tsp
lemon zest
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Instructions
In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp. ghee on medium-high heat
Add 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus
Sear asparagus 2-3 minutes per side until tips are crispy and stalks are about 1/3 browned and 2/3 green
Remove from heat and serve. Optional – add a bit of fresh lemon zest and serve with a wedge of lemon.
