Ingredients
  • 2tbsp Ghee
  • 1/2lb Asparagus
  • 1/2tsp lemon zest
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. In a skillet, heat 2 tbsp. ghee on medium-high heat
  2. Add 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus
  3. Sear asparagus 2-3 minutes per side until tips are crispy and stalks are about 1/3 browned and 2/3 green
  4. Remove from heat and serve. Optional – add a bit of fresh lemon zest and serve with a wedge of lemon.
