Ingredients
  • 1tbsp Lime juice
  • 1.5ounces Tequila – Blanco or Silver
  • 3ounces Topo Chico or other sparkling mineral water
  • 2slices Jalapeno, seededYou’ll want very thin slices
Instructions
  1. Fill a pint glass with ice.
  2. In a shaker, combine lime juice, tequila, Topo Chico or other sparkling mineral water, and Jalapeño slices. Shake vigorously.
  3. Pour over ice in glass and enjoy!

You may want to start with one slice of Jalapeño, taste, and then add to your desired level of heat.
