Ingredients
  • 1/3Cup Avocado oil
  • 16Ounces Brussel sproutsFresh
  • 2Ounces Goat cheeseCrumbled
  • 1Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/2Tsp Chilli powder
  • 1Pinch Cayenne pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 385 degrees
  2. Slice Brussel sprouts into 1/4 inch slices and place on a baking sheet
  3. Drizzle 1/3 cup avocado oil over the Brussel sprouts evenly.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste, then chili powder, garlic powder, and Cayenne pepper
  5. Top with crumbled goat cheese
  6. Bake in 385-degree oven until the tops are crispy and brown. This takes approximately 30 minutes.
